Architectural Record - March 2025

2025 March

Showcasing notable projects across the housing spectrum, the March issue’s focus on multifamily architecture includes a mass-timber apartment building in brownstone Brooklyn, a citadel-like assisted living facility flanked by the Italian Alps, a Barcelona complex that supports three different housing programs, and a mixed-use development in Berlin that deftly stitches together old and new. We also visit five single-family dwellings, each reflective of their respective clients’ unique desires, in disparate locales ranging from Hawaii to Saskatchewan. March’s Building Technology section continues the housing theme, with profiles of innovative projects in Switzerland, Germany, and Mexico.

Check back throughout the month for additional content.
